PROGRAMMING

Program work usually results from a question like this: "Hey, I'm going to try to come in to the gym in between our sessions.  Will you give me a routine to use on those days?"  The answer, of course, is YES,  I am happy to create individual exercise programs!  Flexible Fitness clients get a reduced rate on program work, although I will also create programs for people who are unaffiliated with with Flexible Fitness.  (Please see the Pricing page for details.) 

 

NOTE: Programming work is available for weightlifting or cardio work, but not for yoga.
