Program work usually results from a question like this: "Hey, I'm going to try to come in to the gym in between our sessions.  Will you give me a routine to use on those days?"  The answer, of course, is YES,  I am happy to create individual exercise programs and yoga guides!  That said, PLEASE be careful exercising or practicing yoga on your own, especially if you have injuries or pesky body issues that need careful attention.  I recommend not trying either of these movements unless/until you have established a strong degree of body awareness and are able to hear and honor your body cues.  Safety First!
