your world and you want some help sorting that out; maybe you get down on yourself when you eat something "bad" and are hoping for some support as you really negotiate your eating habits; or maybe you just finally want to understand what in the hell an Omega-3 is.  Whatever it is, we can tackle it together, with a firm weight-neutral lens.

"I was terrified to try nutrition counseling because I am so embarrassed by how much I love junk food.  But Lily-Rygh never made me feel ashamed and actually normalized my eating habits.  She is helping me make small changes that feel really good in my body as well as my mind.  I feel so lucky to have found [Lily-Rygh] and only wish I had reached out sooner!"
